The Zapp Chicken wings were amazing! I've never tasted anything with those flavors. I highly recommend them. The soufflé pancakes are so good! I like that the place was spacious, they have their own reserved parking which is nice especially for places on Convoy.

PASTA and DESSERTS? Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!!!! SPAGHETTI TOM YUM: 4/5 not bad SOUFFLÉ: 3/5 takes 35 minutes and I was not impressed SERVICE: frustrated and confused AMBIANCE: there were several tables that needed plates and utensils taken away. Since it was left out for so long it made the entire place smell fishy. Wish I could support a fellow Thai owned business but, it needs improvement... I don't think the kids will mind though! TO BE SAFE: I recommend just ordering the pasta dishes.

My friend and I loved this place. We stopped on a rainy day and they had a selection of delicious loose leaf teas to choose from. We ordered the Tom kha and Tom yum spaghetti, plus a matcha soufflé pancake. Everything was delicious and unique. Nice place to go to change it up a little. I can't wait to come back and try more items.

For our first date of 2025, my husband brought me here because I'd been craving their carbonara for a few weeks. I was so glad there was parking available nearby. I was also super happy there was one last table available that has chairs with back support. The rest of the other seating that was available were bar height tables with taller chair, which are difficult for me to climb up into, and larger tables with wraparound backless bench-style seating which is hard to sit in for long term without support. We ordered chicken wings, carbonara, pasta with pink sauce, and Nutella pistachio honey toast. Everything was delicious. The carbonara was exactly how I remembered it. As much as I want to have it delivered, the egg always cooks a bit more in the container during transport. It needs that gooey yolk mixing with the sauce to make the sauce richer and creamier. The pink sauce pasta was delicious too. Generous amount of whole shrimp in the red sauce mixed with cream. The honey toast was very rich. Presentation was amazing, definitely had a wow factor. Taste was amazing. What was not amazing was how messy it was to eat the dessert. It was very messy, and we only received 1 small drink napkin each when our entrees arrived, and another drink napkin each with fresh utensils with dessert. Eating pasta can get messy, so we had to ask for more napkins. We needed more napkins with dessert. The whipped cream was piled high, but with the small dish it was served on, there was no room to scrape off excess whipped cream. The knife was relatively small, so as I'm sawing through the toast, the handle and my hands touched the whipped cream making a sticky mess. The parchment paper lining the dish also had whipped cream, and it also touched the heel of my hand and wrist. Next time, I'll ask if the whipped cream can be served on the side, or maybe see if the kitchen can precut the toast before putting on the toppings. The edges of the toasted bread are harder, so it was easier when I removed the crust and sliced it into smaller pieces, and then slice the soft middle. Except for sticky hands, I loved everything about our meal. Restrooms are single stall. I think someone locked the womens restroom door when they left. I ended up using the mens restroom because no one came out after 10 min. The light in the mens room flickers slightly, so it had a creepy scary movie vibe, but it was spacious enough for someone who uses a wheelchair or other mobility aid to maneuver.

We ordered the soufflé pancakes ( original, ube, strawberry) ... we were informed it would take 40min and surely it took 40min. Worth every minute we waited because upon arrival, it looked incredible, tasted orgasmic and just put us into happy space. WOW. The room was spacious, plenty of seats and friendly service.

My friend & I stopped in for a quick drink before heading over to eat next door. Had I known about the menu here, we definitely would have eaten here first! All of the food that came out and went to other tables look fantastic. Service was a little slow, but the ladies running the orders out were nice & apologetic. It took 30 minutes for two strawberry matcha drinks to come out. I will say despite the wait, it was well worth it. This was such a good strawberry matcha that my friend & I finished it within ten minutes of it being in our possession! Super cute spot & will be back when it's less busy, & to try out some of their delicious looking menu items.

Lovely little cafe that was recommended by a friend. The vibes are casual and there's a decent amount of table seating but their food is fancy! They have a unique selection of food such as soufflé pancakes and Thai flavor inspired dishes. We ordered an assortment of food: the zapp chicken wings, CDP spicy fries, ube soufflé pancake, tom kha chicken pasta, and the basil crab pasta. The soufflé pancake takes about 30 minutes to make but luckily we had the other dishes to eat first, so if you're only going for the pancakes then I recommend getting an appetizer or drink while you wait! The rest of the food came pretty quickly. The zapp wings had a light, crispy coat of batter and was lemony but also had the perfect amount of spice. The fries were pretty good but I thought the ratio of meat to fries could've been better. The basil crab pasta had umami flavor going on and you could really taste the basil and freshness of the crab. It wasn't super saucy but it didn't need to be because the flavors were all there. I never would've thought of mixing tom kha with noodles but this combination works! I'm glad I tried it because now I can make it at home by myself! When the soufflé pancake came, I had to do a jiggle test and it passed with flying colors! The presentation was nice but the only part that didn't seem to belong was the random pieces of Rice Krispies on the side of the plate. The pancake was fluffy and soft, and the ube sauce was thick but not overly sweet so the scoop of vanilla ice cream complemented it. I'm excited to come back and try their other dishes another time!

I had come to Cake de Partie in the past for their souffle pancakes and they always delivered in taste and texture. This time my friend and I were eager to try their fusion pastas. I once shared the carbonara before and it was a scrumptious riff on your typical creamy spaghetti. Note that It's not traditional. The crab basil pasta: Fragrant and full of flavor. I savored the bits of real crab meat, which was in the form of small peeled crab legs. The basil is what made this dish a standout- it's mingled very well with the rest of the spices. I don't think anything is lacking and the price point is fair. The spaghetti texture was perfect for me- not too hard, but with good chew and a toasted color. It's a winner for me. Tom Yum pasta: Your classic tangy-sour Thai flavor is infused throughout the pasta with the red sauce and lends the dish a bright, savory profile. I have not had much Tom Yum before but I can see how this could be a comfort food flavor. The added mushrooms are nice too. We sat outside and service was good. The ambiance was nice, being sunny and shaded. I am sure I will be back in the future. I hope you enjoy the pancakes or pasta if you're reading this! Parking is available on a street in the back if there's not enough in front.

Hands down this place has the best spicy fried chicken wings and blueberry cheesecake soufflé in town! I've had the blueberry cheesecake soufflé here before and knew how delicious it is, but the spicy fried chicken wings was a special surprise that I had not expected! The batter was very light and crispy and the seasoning was a tad bit spicy with a citrus taste to it, kinda like yuzu. You'll have to try this combo out for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed! Just a heads up that the soufflé takes 45 minutes to make. Have patience, it's worth the wait. If you like matcha latte, this is a great place for trying this drink. My friend and I both had ours hot. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. We were both extremely pleased with the food and service. This place is also very clean and spacious, perfect for hanging out with a large group of friends.

Definitely a more casual pay first, then sit down and eat type of place. They do their sweets really well. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was relatively empty with a small line. The food was not bad, but not exceptional. The chicken was very crispy but flavor was lacking, and the bacon fries hardly had any bacon on them. However, the soufflé pancakes were exceptional. They take 35 minutes, typical for soufflé pancakes, so order ahead of time. They were delicious and the perfect flavor and texture. In hindsight, I think this would be a place I would hit up for dessert after a meal.
